WAREHOUSE

We have our warehouses at the client’s disposal, conditioned to store fabrics and print screens.

PREPARATION

In the preparation section we receive our customer goods, check the fabric’s quality and characteristics while they are being prepared to begin the process.

WASHING

In most of the processes washing operations are needed, to remove the original impurities of fabric or to achieve an excellent finish.

ROTARY PRINTING

We have two different rotary printing installations. A facility for 320cm width fabric and a transfer paper rotary printing for a width of 160cm.

DIGITAL PRINTING

We have three digital printing facilities to process fabrics up to 340cm wide.

DYEING

We can dye fabric up to 340cm wide with stenter, jet, beam dye machine and Jigger.

FINISHING

In order to obtain the best finishes, both chemical and mechanical, we provide with the right machine for every particular need: stenter, sanforizer, tumble, calander, steamer, stropicciato, wrinkler, leadband …
